To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, deeply implement the work requirements of caring for female employees, effectively safeguard their physical and mental health, and enhance their self-care awareness and abilities, on the morning of March 6th, the Anhui Black Cat Trade Union grandly held the International Women's Day celebration event under the theme "Saluting Her Power, Enjoying a Healthy Life." At the beginning of the event, a representative of the trade union's female workers' committee delivered a speech, extending sincere holiday greetings and warm wishes to all the hardworking and dedicated female employees, fully affirming their contributions and unique brilliance demonstrated in the development of the enterprise.

For this lecture, the trade union carefully invited health management expert, Teacher Cui Huaidao, to present a special health talk on "Common Gynecological Diseases and the Prevention and Care of Office Cervical Spondylosis." The expert focused on common health issues for women and cervical spine protection for office workers, highlighting key aspects such as how female employees can balance work and life, alleviate work pressure, regulate emotional states, as well as health and wellness techniques like scientific eating and moderate exercise. During the lecture, the guest interacted actively with the female employees, patiently answering various health questions raised by everyone, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
